To be considered for admission, please submit:
- A copy of your official transcript from all institutions attended. Penn State alumni do not need to provide transcripts. Applicants should hold either a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution, or a tertiary (post-secondary) degree that is deemed comparable to a four-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution. This degree must be from an officially recognized degree-granting institution in the country in which it operates.
- A grade point average of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale) is recommended.
- Your current resume
- A one-page written statement of intent to highlight your academic background, work experience, skills, strengths, academic interests, and professional goals.
- Contact information for one reference.
- GMAT or GRE results are not required.
We recommend applying no later than July 15 for a fall (end of August) program start, or December 6 for a spring (January) start.

How much does the MBA cost?

What scholarships are offered?
You may qualify for scholarships available to half-time and full-time students who meet certain criteria.
Can I transfer courses from another school?
You may transfer a maximum of 10 graduate credits earned at another accredited institution if you completed them, with a grade of B or better, within five years prior to the date of enrollment. Up to 15 transfer credits from Penn State nondegree and graduate certificate courses can be applied to a degree program. Your academic adviser and division head may approve transfer credits after you have accepted your admission offer.
