Approximately 40 kilometers from campus, the City of Philadelphia is the largest city in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, one of the largest in the United States, and is consistently listed as a top U.S. tourist destination.

Often referred to by locals as "Philly," the city has a wealth of world-class restaurants and entertainment venues, including The Met Philadelphia, Walnut Street Theatre, and Helium Comedy Club. If you want to attend a sporting event, most of the city’s professional teams are conveniently located in the sports complex.
You can learn more about the city’s historical significance at the National Constitution Center, Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell Center, and numerous other places in and around the Old City neighborhood.
