You can’t get much closer to campus than the new shopping center, The Grove, which is directly across the road from Penn State Great Valley. Businesses at The Grove include Bomba Taco + Bar, Nudy’s Café, Slyfox Taphouse, Splitting Edge Axe Throwing, and Sublime Cupcakes.
Beyond the Grove, you'll find an array of restaurants and cafés within a few kilometers of campus, including East Star Chinese Restaurant, Fattoush Mediterranean Restaurant, Himalayan Exotic Indian Cuisine, Manam Indian Cuisine, Mino Sushi, Moca Asian Cuisine, Starbucks, SuTao Cafe, and much more.
There are also an abundance of parks and nature preserves nearby when you want to get some fresh air: Cedar Hollow Park, Valley Creek Preserve, Chester Valley Trail, Cool Valley Preserve, George Lorimer Preserve, and more.
