Finance professor to discuss research on ethics and dividend policy on March 8

After examining data from 1,500 companies, Pornsit Jiraporn, Penn State Great Valley associate professor of finance, will discuss his research on the relationship between agencies and dividend policy. He will also explore the impact of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
