My experience in the Master of Software Engineering program was both transformational and foundational to my career growth. The program helped me, as an international student, bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry expectations in the U.S.

One of the most valuable aspects of my experience was working closely with faculty as a research associate, which allowed me to deepen my technical understanding while developing a more structured, problem-solving mindset.

Beyond academics, the collaborative environment and strong peer network played a key role in my professional development. Coming to Penn State Great Valley for my Master of Software Engineering was a good choice. I got the chance to explore different fields of technology and grow both professionally and academically. During the program, I was exposed to diverse opportunities, and I made sure I capitalized on every single one. Working with professors to design and develop course modules for the upcoming Mobile Computing course made me understand the intricacy of academia.
