Program Scope and Sequence

Throughout the course, you’ll conduct an ongoing Lean Six Sigma project which should be sponsored through your place of work, unless otherwise authorized by our instructors. Projects must be scoped for a minimum of six months and directly impact your organization.
Why Pursue Certification
Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma methodologies can be applied across many industries, like manufacturing, supply chain, finance, healthcare, engineering, construction, and more.
Some key focuses of the program are creating financial returns that are quantifiable and measurable, building a more robust management team intent on rectifying waste, and replacing assumptions with statistical methods and data.
