Nearly 100 graduate students walked across the stage Friday evening (May 6) to collect their diplomas at Penn State Great Valley’s 26th commencement ceremony. Despite the rainy weather, a large crowd of students, faculty, staff, family, and friends gathered under a white, high-peaked tent to celebrate the graduating class’ achievements in management, engineering, and technology.
Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies has maintained its business accreditation by AACSB International. Founded in 1916, AACSB International is the longest-serving global accrediting body for business schools that offer undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees in business and accounting.

This is the first class of students to graduate from Penn State with a bachelor of engineering degree with a multidisciplinary engineering design specialization, thanks to a partnership among the Abington, Brandywine and Great Valley campuses.
