The committee’s initiatives include:
- Supporting inclusion and belonging by promoting and cultivating an environment that makes all members of the campus community feel welcomed, respected, and supported.
- Building and fostering awareness by coordinating inclusive educational programs and professional development opportunities that focus on the value that diversity, dialogue, and collaboration brings to the institution.
- Promoting a positive campus culture and encouraging interactions and collaboration across multiple teams and units to ensure that all members of the campus community have an opportunity to contribute and learn.
