The Leading in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) graduate certificate develops your knowledge and skills in fostering DEI and an inclusive culture in organizations. You’ll learn how to make mindful and ethical decisions; support and reinforce positive, sustainable change; and build strong business case initiatives to create, engage, and measure an inclusive workplace through communication, mentorship, hiring practices, executive level support, listening, career management, and training.
Certificate earners are awarded a digital badge for each certificate they complete. Badges can be digitally displayed anywhere to recognize attaining a new level of knowledge.
Courses are offered in convenient, seven-week sessions, which are available in several delivery modes: in-person, hybrid, or online. They may be taken as a stand-alone certificate, as an initial step toward, or concurrently with our Master of Business Administration.
