The Analytics for Managers graduate certificate provides you with the knowledge and expertise to become a data-savvy manager who can effectively communicate complex business problems and data-driven decisions to management and general business audiences. Companies are producing enormous amounts of “big data” from their everyday operations, but there is still a lack of leaders who can provide actionable insights from that data.
Our program is designed for business professionals who want to augment their managerial expertise with quantitative skillsets. Along with fundamental concepts in data-driven decision making, effective communication and visualization of those decisions, the program allows you to choose between general business analytics or specialize in a specific analytics area like accounting, marketing, or human resources.
Certificate earners are awarded a digital badge for each certificate they complete. Badges can be digitally displayed anywhere to recognize attaining a new level of knowledge.
Courses are offered in convenient, seven-week sessions, which are available in several delivery modes: in-person, hybrid, or online.
Learning Goals
Upon completion of the program, you'll be able to use appropriate tools and techniques for presenting what happened, analyzing how and why it happened, predicting future trends, and prescribing future strategies.
