Jeffrey Carstens

Since graduating from Union College with a B.S.E.E., Jeffrey Carstens has held positions ranging from designer to senior manager in organizations involved with both defense and commercial development. His project management experience has included product design, software development, IT systems and infrastructure. He has also been involved with the creation of corporate PM processes including development guidelines, Toll Gate systems, and Project Offices.
