Penn State Abington seniors including Clifford Dennis work in teams on capstone projects sponsored by engineering firms in the Philadelphia region. They present their projects at Penn State Great Valley, home of the multimillion-dollar engineering labs, where students complete their final two years of coursework.
Clifford Dennis served his required engineering internship at a global technology solutions corporation, which hired him to work part time during his final year at Penn State Abington and then quickly offered him a full-time position after graduating in May 2023.

In August 2019, Jason Herman sustained a severe traumatic brain injury and other life-threatening injuries. Less than four years later, he earned his MBA from Penn State Great Valley with a 3.6 GPA.
