Penn State Great Valley will host a free screening of “Growing Cities,” a documentary that examines urban agriculture as a way to revitalize cities and provide local food to its residents.
Emil Milan (1922-1985), a somewhat forgotten but highly influential 20th century American studio worker, is getting more attention since Penn State Great Valley opened the first public exhibit of his work, "Emil Milan: Midcentury Designer Craftsman," earlier this summer.
Penn State Great Valley is hosting a Chester County Art Association exhibit this fall: "Painted Country Views," oil paintings by local artist Heather Davis.
