Penn State Great Valley will host "Bringing the World to PA" event on Sept. 12 for Pennsylvania companies to meet with trade representatives for over 50 companies. The event is designed to fuel international business for southeastern Pennsylvania exporters.
Penn State Great Valley staff and new international students participated in a walking tour of Philadelphia as part of their new student orientation. Great Valley welcomed 40 new international graduate students this year — the largest group to date.
The World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia (WTCGP) will be hold two days of meetings for companies: September 11 at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia and September 12 at Penn State Great Valley. Last year, WTCGP facilitated 229 total separate meetings.

Students from this year's Energy Innovation Leadership Experience. 14 undergraduate and graduate students interned with local energy companies including PECO, Comcast, and GE. They also took independent study courses focused on sustainable energy.
Graduate and undergraduate students learned more about energy sustainability and connected with leaders in the industry through the Energy Innovation Leadership Experience at Penn State at The Navy Yard.
