Great Valley announces upcoming community events

Penn State Great Valley has announced its lineup of upcoming community events. The series will kick off on Wednesday, Feb. 9, when John Moeller, who was a White House chef for 13 years, discusses his book, "Dining at the White House."

March features two events, starting on Thursday, March 4, with short documentary films by Mountainfilm on Tour. On March 29, Shara McCallum, 2021-22 Penn State Laureate and Edwin Erle Sparks Professor of English, will come to campus to discuss her creative process and read from her works including her newest book, "No Ruined Stone."

The spring lineup of events concludes on Wednesday, May 4, when Michael Mann, distinguished professor of atmospheric science at Penn State, discusses his latest book, "The New Climate War: The Fight to Take Back Our Planet."
