Biography
Zugang “Leo” Liu earned his Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has an extensive teaching portfolio including Management Science, Operations Management, Corporate Finance, and Supply Chain Management. Leo received the Faculty Scholar Award at Penn State Hazleton in 2014 and a nomination for Penn State’s George W. Atherton Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2018. He has published in leading journals such as European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Banking and Finance, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Production Economics, Omega, Annals of Operations Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, Naval Research Logistics, and Financial Services Review. He also served as the associate editor for Decision Support Systems.
