Zugang "Leo" Liu

Zugang “Leo” Liu earned his Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has an extensive teaching portfolio including Corporate Finance, Management Science, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management. Leo received the Faculty Scholar Award at Penn State Hazleton in 2014 and a nomination for Penn State’s George W. Atherton Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2018. He has published in leading journals such as Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Investing, Financial Services Review, European Journal of Operational Research, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Production Economics, Omega, Annals of Operations Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Naval Research Logistics. He also served as the associate editor for Decision Support Systems.
