Biography
Kyle Wills is an industry professional with 25 years of experience in medical device product development and project, program, and portfolio management. He currently serves as the executive director, business unit project management for PCI Pharma Services, Inc., a company that provides clinical and commercial packaging services for the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to PCI, he was the director of program management for Embody, Inc., a medical device start-up based in Norfolk, Virginia, and also spent over two decades at DSM Biomedical, where he developed implantable devices for cardiovascular, sports medicine, orthopedics, spine, dental, and soft tissue applications.
Mr. Wills holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Grove City College, a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Drexel University, and a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Eastern University. Since 2016, he has been an active adjunct faculty member for both University of Maryland Global Campus and Penn State Great Valley, teaching various courses in project management.
