Biography
Denise Gatti is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and leadership development consultant who is passionate about maximizing talent and creating inclusive cultures to drive business success. Her 25+ years of corporate leadership experience included automotive, financial services, sales, healthcare, and hospitality. She has developed DEIB strategies and led organization-wide programs, developed and implemented talent development and retention programs, and provided assessment and coaching for managers and executives. Programs she has created have resulted in greater engagement, increased diversity, accelerated career success, and improved teamwork. Ms. Gatti has provided consultation to global, national, and local clients from a wide scope of industries, including national non-profit organizations and executive boards. She has also presented at conferences and meetings, and online panels and interviews. She holds certifications in Hogan Personality Assessment, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and personal dimensions. She teaches at Penn State, Rutgers University, and Rowan University.
