What students say about this project management workshop

“This training was much clearer than other project management trainings I have attended. Great job breaking it down and making it simple for the team and first-time attendees to a PM course."

“I had already taken project management as a part of my certification in school management and leadership, but this was much more interactive and helpful. The pacing was great, the slides and the discussion were on target, and Adam did a great job presenting. I learned a lot!”

Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certificate Workshop

Thursday, January 15, 2026
9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Cost: $125 ($25 early registration discount will be available until Jan 7.)

Register for white belt workshop This half-day, in-person workshop certifies you in process improvement. It covers the basics of Lean Six Sigma and why it is being used in businesses worldwide to streamline operations and eliminate waste.

Lean Six Sigma uses a series of "belts" to help differentiate the different roles people will undertake during a project. The White Belt training provides an understanding of the basic Lean Six Sigma concepts from an awareness perspective. White Belts can not only assist with change management within an organization, but also can participate in local problem-solving teams that support projects. This certificate is perfect for individuals who are looking to learn more about Lean Six Sigma and continual process improvement.

A Penn State Great Valley Lean Six Sigma White Belt certificate—which is recognized by the federal government, the Department of Defense, and other major institutions—is awarded upon completion of the workshop.
