Graduate students who studied employee engagement and wellbeing shared their findings and recommendations with a panel of judges at a miniature conference.
MBA, leadership development, and engineering students recently audited area companies including Johnson and Johnson and Vanguard as part of a positive organizational behavior and well-being class at Penn State Great Valley. The course culminated in a miniature conference where students presented their findings to the public.
