Putting Ethical Leadership Into Action Lunch and Learn

Interested in our Master of Leadership Development (MLD) program? Join us for lunch as Dr. Sosik, professor-in-charge of the MLD program, describes the practical implications of his sabbatical research project with the United States Air Force.

The prevalence of ethical scandals in business and society underscores the importance of ethics and character for corporate leaders, who set the ethical tone for their organization. The benefits of ethical leadership to subordinates have been well-documented. Less known are how ethical leadership benefits leaders, and how leaders put it into action to reap benefits for self and others?

Lunch included.
