Karen Duhala earned her Ph.D. in business administration from Penn State, and her MBA and baccalaureate degree in accounting and finance from Clarion University. Her teaching experience includes positions at Florida International University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she taught corporate finance and investments. She worked for over 15 years in the financial services industry where she held her Series 7 General Securities Representative; Series 66 Investment Adviser; and PA Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses. Dr. Duhala teaches courses in accounting and financial management with an emphasis on sustainability, and currently serves as the professor-in-change of the resident and online Master of Finance programs.
