Panelists

Melissa Cunningham is the vice president of marketing and brand at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Recognized for accelerating growth for diverse Fortune 500 companies in leading real estate, financial services, manufacturing, and publishing verticals, she also has a heart for mentoring students and championing the cause of local nonprofits. She has a bachelor's degree in English and psychology from Bryn Mawr College and an MBA and Project Management Certificate from Penn State Great Valley.

Jason Torrance, a 2018 alumnus of Penn State Great Valley, is a leader in Vanguard’s Retail Client Services & Operations Group. He volunteers with The Barkann Family Healing Hearts Foundation, which supports families in the greater Delaware Valley area suffering from sudden hardships or loss of life. He lives in Phoenixville with his wife and enjoys spending time playing various sports, traveling and trying new food and drinks at local restaurants.

Arthi Vasudevan works as a trainee software engineer for a consulting firm. Her curiosity toward designing, building, maintaining and improving software systems combined with an interest in project planning, quality assurance and scheduling of resources led her to Penn State's Master of Engineering Management degree. Her current areas of interest are Cloud Computing and DevOps Engineering. She is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Carl J. Woodin is the founder and president of AZtech Multimedia & Training Group. He was adjunct faculty at Penn State Great Valley for six years; guest lectures on campus; serves as vice president of the Great Valley Alumni Society; participates in the Great Valley LaunchBox, LionsDen and LionLink; and donated the Media Editing Suite in the campus' Knowledge Commons. Woodin earned his bachelor of arts from Temple University, master of education from Penn State, and doctorate from the University of London.
