Prepare for the PMP exam at The Navy Yard in Philadelphia. Typically held in the summer, our 7-week, 21-hour course will review project management practices including initiation, planning and scheduling, cost management, and risk management. Exam tools, techniques, and strategies will also be covered.

Students who have completed the PMP Exam Preparation course will be awarded 21 Professional Development Units (PDUs) which can be put towards the 35 hours needed to sit for the PMP exam.

Prerequisite

Students looking to enroll in the PMP Exam Preparation course must familiarize themselves with both the PMBOK® Guide, as well as Rita Mulcahy's PMP Exam Prep textbook (8th edition).
