Please complete this form if you are a World Campus student who has applied to and completed all courses for the Cyber Threat Analytics and Prevention graduate certificate.
The University will confirm the student's status and mail the certificate to the address of record. All courses must be completed with a grade of "C" or better and a grade-point average of 3.0 to be awarded the certificate.
